Construction Safety Netting for Building Sites
Construction safety netting from AGS protects workers, the public and property at every stage of a building project: from steel erection and concrete frames to roofing, facades and renovation. We supply contractors, safety managers, distributors and rental companies with EN 1263-1 safety nets and the debris and scaffold nets that go with them.
Fall risks change as a building rises
On a building site, the risk of falling from height changes every week. During steel erection, people work on beams with nothing below. On a concrete frame, the slab edge moves up a floor at a time. During roofing, sheets are laid over open purlins. During facade work, materials can fall onto the street. Each phase needs a different combination of nets.
| Phase | Main risk | Nets used |
|---|---|---|
| Steel erection, long-span roofs | Falls through the structure | System S safety nets below the work |
| Concrete frame | Falls from slab edges | System V or System T, edge protection nets |
| Roofing and cladding | Falls through roof sheets and from roof edges | System S below, System U at the perimeter |
| Facade and renovation | Falling materials and dust | Scaffold netting, debris nets |
| Finished building | Falls into stairwells and atriums | Stairwell and atrium nets |
Collective protection first
Health and safety rules in Europe and in Türkiye give priority to collective protection: measures that protect everyone in an area, such as guardrails and safety nets, before personal protective equipment such as harnesses. Nets also make work faster, because people can move freely without clipping and unclipping. That is why safety nets are standard practice on steel erection, roofing and high-rise concrete work.

Which nets does a typical building site need?
Most sites combine personnel safety nets (System S, T or V) for falls, edge protection nets at open edges, debris nets below work over public areas and scaffold netting on the facade.
Do you supply rental companies?
Yes. We produce safety nets and scaffold netting for rental fleets, with private labels and the documentation rental companies need.
Can you help plan the nets for a project?
Yes. Send drawings and the construction method; our technical team will suggest systems, net sizes and quantities.
Do you install nets?
In Türkiye we install nets through our installer network. Outside Türkiye we supply nets and installation guidance to local contractors.
Send us your sizes and quantities
Tell us the dimensions, mesh, colour and quantity. Our technical team will reply with the right specification and a price.
