How a private label project runs
- Specification: you send a specification, a drawing or a reference sample.
- Proposal: we confirm the construction, packaging, minimum quantity, price and lead time.
- Sample: we produce a sample with your label for approval.
- Production: the approved sample becomes the reference for every production lot.
- Shipment: goods are packed, palletised and loaded for road or sea freight with their documents.
Consistency over repeat orders
For a brand, the second order matters as much as the first. We keep the approved specification and sample on file, record the twine and production lot for every order, and check each lot against the reference. Your customers get the same product every time.

What is your minimum order for private label?
It depends on the product and on whether a custom colour or twine is needed. Standard constructions in stock colours have lower minimums. Tell us the product and we will confirm.
Can you match an existing product?
Yes. Send a sample or a specification; we will analyse twine, mesh and construction and propose a match, followed by a sample for approval.
Who owns the specification?
You do. Your specifications, labels and packaging designs are used only for your orders.
Do you supply semi-finished netting?
Yes. We supply knotless and knotted netting rolls and twine to converters who finish the nets themselves.
Which documents can you provide?
Technical data sheets, test reports per order and, for EN 1263-1 safety nets, declarations of conformity. Ask for any specific documents with your enquiry.
