Our production covers the main steps of net making: twine and rope, knotless netting, cutting and finishing with border ropes, hems and fittings, labelling and packing. Knotted netting is produced for us by partner manufacturers to our specification and finished in our plant. Because the main steps are in one place, we can change mesh, twine, colour, size and packaging for each order without waiting for outside suppliers.
What we check
- twine diameter and mesh size on every production lot;
- breaking strength of twine and ropes against the specification;
- dimensions, border rope and labelling of finished nets;
- for EN 1263-1 safety nets, test meshes and the documentation required by the standard.
Test reports and certificates are supplied per product and per order. Ask for the documents you need with your quote.
